Zach Sheets is a flutist, composer, and advocate for new music and arts education. In fundraising and leadership roles, he has secured millions of dollars in charitable grants from a wide range of funders including the NEA, MAP Fund, Liberty Mutual Foundation, Pro Helvetia, Howard Gilman Foundation, Hearst Foundation, New Music USA, and many more. Zach is the flutist and Managing Director for the [Switch~ Ensemble], one half of flute and piano Duo Axis, and an active freelancer in Boston.
