As the Director of Apple Hill from 2007 to 2022, Lenny Matczynski shaped its educational and programming philosophies, long-range plans, and new programs. He studied viola with Martha Katz, Heidi Castleman, and Karen Tuttle and served on the faculty of Walnut Hill, the New England and Boston Conservatories, and Tanglewood.
